About Spedtaculardays: <p>Hi! I am Ashley! I been working in Special Education for 12 years. I was a middle school self-contained teacher for 7 years working with students with intellectual disabilities. In 2021, I completed my 4th year as a special education inclusion teacher in an elementary setting. In 2022, I switched roles to be an Early Childhood Special Education teacher (ECSE). Outside of the classroom, I am married with 3 kids. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, putting my toes in the sand, reading, and drinking coffee!</p>

Mercedes Merrell

About Mercedes Merrell: I attended California State University Fullerton and earned a Bachelors Degree in Spanish, a Bilingual K-12 Teaching Credential, and a Masters Degree in Science. I taught grades 1-3 for 32 years, and I am now retired. Throughout my teaching career, I often created my own classroom materials, sometimes out of necessity, other times out of creative joy. I continue to create resources in English and in Spanish and hope that other educators will find them useful!

About Chalkboard Chick: <p>I love helping K - 2 teachers enrich their teaching by providing quality, fun-filled English Language Arts products that motivate and increase students' learning. </p> <p>I have taught school for 44 years, with 20 years in 1st grade, 4 years in Kindergarten, 1/2 years in Junior Kindergarten and 10 years as a Reading Specialist in a K-5 school. AND lastly,  I was a Reading Coach for 10 years in a K-5 school!  I was an adjunct faculty professor at Virginia Commonweath University for 10 years, teaching various reading courses during this time. I finally retired to help my oldest grandson in virtual kindergarten during COVID! </p> <p>Currently I spend time volunteering weekly in both my grandsons' classrooms in elementary school.  I am a life-long learner and continue to be interested in current language arts research!</p>

About Teaching Where You're Called: <p>Hi!</p>   I'm Ashley, an elementary school teacher who loves to create resources that keep your kids engage and excited about learning! I love being able to incorporate technology into my lessons, and am thrilled to be a part of Boom Learning! I have spent the majority of my time in the classroom, teaching 4th and 5th grade. However, I have also spent time teaching TK, Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd, as well as spending time creating activities with my own children.

About Learning At The Primary Pond: <p>We love helping elementary teachers implement fun, engaging literacy instruction! Learning At The Primary Pond has been led by Alison Ryan, M.Ed., since 2012. Alison is a literacy specialist who has been working in education since 2005 in a variety of Kindergarten through 5th grade roles like classroom teacher, reading specialist, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. She has a master's degree in Literacy Leadership, is ESL endorsed, and is CERI certified in Structured Literacy. Alison is also the author of the book The Phonics Playbook.</p>

About Katrina Bevan- Speech Language Pathologist: <p><b>I am a speech language pathologist with over 21 years experience. I have worked in private practice and the disability sector. I have worked across all age groups but have a passion for school education which is where I spend most my days with students seeing students with mild learning need through to students with life long, complex disabilities. I practice in rural schools in Australia and see participants in clinic and at their homes through the NDIS. I like to make speech therapy fun, creative and functional! I strive to work in collaboration with teachers, families and the students I see. I love working with students in and out of the classroom setting to help students reach goals for school, home and life long learning.</b></p>
