Description: Your students will practice identifying story details as they read summer stories. They will practice reading independently while responding to Wh- questions and identifying details. There are ten stories. Each is read on two cards with each having a different Wh- question. There is a version of this deck with audio support. The Deck: - Each story is about a different summer activity that children enjoy. - They will view a colorful picture, read the story, and read the Wh- question. - They will click on one of three boxes to respond. The summer activities include going to the park, camping, kayaking, day trips, visiting museums, going to the beach, gardening, picnics, visiting grandparents, and going to the library. RL.1.1 Ask and answer questions about key details in a text. RL.2.1 Ask and answer such questions as who, what, where, when, why, and how to demonstrate understanding of key details in a text.
