Use this winter themed, multiple choice deck to provide your students with a fun and engaging way to practice adding within 10 using objects or illustrations. The deck contains 64 cards, presented 20 cards at a time in random order (with the exception of the first four cards) each time the game is played. Both written and optional audio directions are provided on each card. Each card in the deck presents an addition problem within 10 along with pictures that represent the problem. Students are tasked with solving each addition problem and tapping the number at the bottom of the card that shows the sum. The deck includes all 64 addition facts within ten, made up of two one-digit addends. The deck supports the following standard: CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.OA.A.2 Solve addition and subtraction word problems, and add and subtract within 10, e.g., by using objects or drawings to represent the problem.
