This deck was created for students to work on reading comprehension skills while learning about the seasonal changes of fall. Primary students will be learning about weather, seasons, and how the world changes during the year. Audio support and alt text are provided. The Deck: - There is a menu with three buttons. They will click on "Seasons," "Animals in the Fall," or "Fall Activities" to categorize their learning and build background knowledge. - Each card has a photo or illustration related to fall or the seasons. There is a short passage with informational text and a question. - There are three answer choices. The students will click on one option to respond to the question. RI.1.1 Ask and answer questions about key details in a text. RI.2.1 Ask and answer such questions as who, what, where, when, why, and how to demonstrate understanding of key details in a text. RI.1.3 Describe the connection between two individuals, events, ideas, or pieces of information in a text.
