This Yeti is playing hide and seek with his friends — Go, Yeti! In this interactive speech and language activity, the Yeti looks behind various arctic and winter images to find his friends. Students move an item to reveal a different colored Yeti, then receptively tag the item for errorless participation. Each Yeti found includes an “I found you!” sentence strip, supporting early expressive language and sentence modeling. Students also answer what questions about what they found. Core vocabulary is embedded throughout, with repeated exposure to “Go, Yeti!”. Directions are included within the activity, allowing for independent or guided use. This activity is designed to be flexible and supportive for AAC users, early language learners, and mixed-ability groups and works well for teletherapy or in-person sessions
