Grab a flashlight and join a Halloween hunt! In this interactive speech and language activity, students search different scenes to find children dressed in Halloween costumes. “Where” is targeted three times and “who” once for each character, with a repeated “Let’s go!” between each search to keep the adventure moving. Embedded audio and visual sentence strips support understanding and sentence building. This activity targets: - Who and where questions - Halloween and location vocabulary - Sentence building and expansion - Core vocabulary, including go, look, find, he, and where The predictable sequence provides repeated opportunities to hear and use language. Extend the activity by describing costumes, talking about each scene, and modeling comments through speech, AAC, signs, or gestures. This activity is included in my Growing Flashlight/Light Bundle, with new activities added over time.
