I wrote this story for my students, who are learning English as a foreign language in elementary school. They love adventure and enjoy stories about exciting things that happen to kids like them. I wanted an illustrated adventure story at their level that I could send them to practice reading at home. I found ebooks to buy for myself, but none that I could send to families. So I wrote one!
