Students will: Identify food items (errorless) Feed the dinosaur by dragging food into its mouth Answer what questions Build sentences using visual and auditory supports “The dinosaur eats the ___.” Follow directions and expand vocabulary (eat, feed, hungry, full, in) AAC and sentence strip supports are embedded throughout to support early language learners, analytic and gestalt language processors, and emerging communicators. To wrap up the activity, students place all of the food items in the kitchen to review vocabulary and encourage carryover, categorization, and expanded language.
