These 24 Frequently Confused Words task cards cover the use of the words whose and who's. Cards 1-5 consist of two multiple choices with supporting text on the cards to help scaffold. Students select whether whose or who's best completes the sentence. Cards 6-10 consist of two multiple choices without scaffolding. Students select whether to use whose or who's in the sentence. Cards 11-14 consist of two drag and drop items where students drag the words to the correct place in the sentence. Cards 15-20 consist of two multiple choices. Students are given a sentence to evaluate. It the sentence is correct, they choose "correct." If the answer is incorrect, they choose "incorrect." Cards 21-24 consist of three multiple choices. Students select the sentence from within the paragraph that does not use the frequently confused word correctly.
