Description: These 24 task cards cover identifying and properly using perfect verb tenses. As with all Boom Cards in our store, the cards become progressively more challenging moving from identifying to using and writing perfect verb tenses including past perfect, present perfect, and future perfect. Card 1: Students match the perfect verb tenses to their definitions. Cards 2-7: Students read the sentence and select whether the underlined words are past perfect, present perfect, or future perfect. Reminder notes are included to provide scaffolding. Cards 8-13: Students read the sentence and select whether the underlined words are past perfect, present perfect, or future perfect. Reminder notes are included to provide scaffolding. These do not include scaffolding notes. Cards 14-16: Students select the word(s) that best complete the sentence. Scaffolding is provided. Cards 17-19: Students select the word(s) that best complete the sentence. Scaffolding is not provided. Cards 20-24: Students complete the sentence by typing the correct perfect form of the verb.
