Description

Understanding whether a noun is a counted or non-counted noun in English is important to getting other grammatical choices right - do you need an article? Do you use 'much' or 'many', 'fewer' or 'less'? In this deck, students have to complete sentences by typing either "much" followed by the given noun, or "many" followed by a noun with a plural ending. Most people find this easier to get right than telling the difference between "less" and "fewer." I have another deck in my store that offers specific practice in using less versus fewer. This deck is available as part of a bundle of decks all about count versus non-count nouns.
