Description: Greek and Latin Root Words Mini Set includes 15 Boom Cards designed to help students master the usage of three commonly-used root words: centi, ped, and mega. This is a free sample deck from my Greek and Latin Root Words series of Boom Cards. Each deck begins with a review of the meanings of the targeted root words followed by an activity to test students' knowledge of those meanings. The remaining cards require students to apply their knowledge of root words to answer questions or complete tasks. There are two versions of Greek and Latin Root Words Mini Set Boom Cards, one with audio (this deck) and one without. Every card in this deck has a sound icon in the upper left corner that students can click to hear the words on the cards read aloud.
