In this deck, students will learn about cloudy, sunny, and rainbow thoughts. Cloudy thoughts are focused on the past or future in a negative way and cause us to feel worried, sad, or mad. Sunny thoughts stick with the facts and are more realistic. Rainbow thoughts are optimistic and hopeful about the future. There are 4 informational cards and an introduction card. Students will also do 24 task cards. There is audio on every card so no reading required.
