About me: <p>Hello! I am a school counselor for K-8th grades and have been working with students, families, and teachers for over 24 years. I earned a Masters In Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 1994 and have been working in the field ever since. I have worked as an in home family preservation worker, a residential social worker and family therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker and also work as a teletherapist part-time. I have worked with all types of students and believe in the power of fostering one's strengths and gifts. Boom Cards are for all ages and have been a very engaging modality for my students, elementary and middle ages-especially during remote learning! I intentionally use multicultural images for students. I also have created some Boom Decks for high school and students transitioning from middle school to high school.
