Description: These 24 task cards cover Common and Proper Nouns and were developed as review cards for 3rd-5th grade. Cards 1 and 2 consist of drag and drop. Students drag nouns into the appropriate column. Cards 3-8 consist of selecting common or proper nouns. Students select nouns from a sentence. Cards 9 -14 consist of drag and drop items where students drag the words to the correct place in the sentence. Cards 15-20 consist of short response. Students find the proper noun within a sentence that is not capitalized and type it using correct capitalization in the space provided at the bottom of the card. Cards 21-24 consist of drag and drop. Students drag nouns from the sentence into the appropriate column.
