In this interactive speech and language activity, Dart the Dragon flies around the kingdom looking for his favorite jewel. The student drags the flying dragon throughout the activity as Dart explores different buildings and touches items along the way. At each location, Dart looks behind objects and models the phrase “Let’s look!” The student then responds to a yes/no question to determine if the jewel has been found. When the jewel appears, the student formulates an utterance such as “He found ___ color,” and responds to a what color question with visual supports. This language-rich activity follows a predictable, engaging routine that supports early language learners while allowing for natural repetition and expansion. Visual and auditory supports are embedded throughout to promote success in teletherapy and in-person sessions. Targets include: Yes/No questions What questions Sentence formulation Colors Vocabulary Following directions 🍀 Bundle Note: This activity is part of my St. Patrick’s Day Growing Bundle. New activities will be added over time, and buyers receive all future additions at no additional cost. This activity is ideal for early communicators, AAC users, and students who benefit from structured, play-based language routines.
