Children will love using this Halloween at school themed counting game to practice counting up to 20 objects. The game features a Halloween classroom themed background and a set of 15 different types of objects to count. The types of counting objects include the following: 1 girl sitting at desk 1 Frankenstein sitting at desk 1 boy sitting at desk 1 girl reading a book 1 boy and one ghost reading a book together 2 pumpkin emojis 4 candies, each in a different color 1 bat 1 black cat 2 spiders To play the game, children look at the number on the witch's hat on the chalkboard. Children then drag and drop that number of objects from the left side of the card onto the Halloween classroom scene. The game consists of five copies (or instances) of each object type, and children can drag and drop their choice of objects onto the scene! Children will have fun while learning important number concepts as they count out objects, choosing what combination of objects and where to place those objects on the Halloween classroom scene. The game includes one "How to Play" card followed by 20 counting cards presented in order from 1-20. CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.B.5 Count to answer "how many?" questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1-20, count out that many objects.
