Your students will identify the correct spelling of plural nouns that have base words ending with vowel plus y and consonant plus y. They will need to decide if suffix -s can be added, or if they need to drop a consonant before adding suffix -ies. Audio and alt text are provided. Directions are on the first two slides. Your students will see a picture, then read a sentence that is missing a plural noun, and finally click on the answer choice that has the correct spelling for the plural noun.
