This deck, "Characters and Settings - Summer," has short passages for your students to identify details to determine the characters and setting. There are 41 slides. There are 20 passages for the students to read. They will identify the characters on the first slide and the setting on the following slide. Audio support and alt text are provided. Your students can click the speaker buttons to hear the passage, questions, and answer choices. How to Use the Deck: - Your students will listen to the directions on the first slide. - On slide 2, they will view a colorful, inviting picture. Then, read the passage or listen to it while they read. - They will read or listen to the question and three answer choices to identify either the characters or setting in that passage. - They will click on one of the three answer choices.
