This deck contains real photos with text for prevocalic /r/ words. This deck includes 1 menu card followed by 99 target words with real photos. The first 71 cards target initial prevocalic /r/. The last 28 cards target medial prevocalic /r/. Use the first card (home card) to choose your starting place. The words are arranged according to general hierarchical principles of English language sound acquisition, with consideration given to words containing more than one liquid sound. This means the words increase in phonetic complexity as the deck progresses. The home and arrow buttons are useful to move through the deck according to individual therapeutic needs. The target words in this deck may be played in adjacent to a game or reinforcement activity of choice.
