Communication Joy

About me: <p>I've been a USA-based SLP for 30 years and have worked with individuals spanning ages 2 to 101 years of age. My goal is to provide resources which are appealing to older students and adults, even when basic skills are targeted.</p> <p>Although most of my career was devoted to providing SLP services in the medical setting, I transitioned to K-12 teletherapy setting in 2019. I also have experience living abroad, where I served displaced individuals who were also English Language Learners. </p> <p>My own children have been my greatest teachers. Two of my three children were adopted outside of the USA.  I understand what it is like to be the parent in those IEP meetings.</p> <p>I find great joy in my family, dogs, music, chocolate, experimenting with various art mediums, and exploring this beautiful planet!  My happiest hour of the week is rehearsing my Alto 1 part in an acapella group.</p> <p>If you purchase one of my products and run into any issues, please let me know.</p>
