Description
These cards are designed so that the student can pick a conversation topic from the table of contents and then use the visuals to have an appropriate conversation. The student is encouraged to ask questions as well as make comments by the use of question marks and speech bubbles. Once they ask a question, they can click on one question mark. Once they make a comment, they can click on the speech bubble. Encourage the student to make 3 comments and ask 3 questions for every topic. For new students, you can model this strategy at the beginning. Pick a preferred topic, and model questions and comments to the student, as you click on the appropriate icon, to add a visual support. A HELP! Page is provided with a few general prompts to help the student ask questions and make comments.
