Description: Students will embark on a journey with a new friend, Mindful Mouse-rumors are this is the exact mouse from Hickory Dickory Dock! Mindful Mouse and his super squeaky, but sweet voice will guide the students through two Clock Boom Card Activities. In the first: Mindful Mouse gets them started by teaching them about the clock face and hands of a clock. He also teaches about the digital time, how to write it, even that tricky 12 that represents o'clock... In the second: Mindful Mouse continues the journey. He has the students identify the time he says either on an analog or digital clock. All times are represented. These BOOM Cards address 1/2 or the CCSS 1.MD.B.3.
