Description: The decks in this bundle were created to help primary students practice reading comprehension and fluency. The goal is for the students to read up to four sentences in a passage with a variety of sentence structures and lengths. The themes relate to fall and winter. Audio and alt text are provided in all ten decks in this bundle The slides in each deck feature a colorful picture and a passage that contains three to four sentences. There are simple, compound, and complex sentences in the decks. There are high-frequency words at the first-grade level in the sentences. There are words that contain digraphs, diphthongs, blends, and suffixes. The students will read the passage. They will read a wh- question. Then click on the answer. The Decks: "Fall is Here" and "Winter is Here" There are reading dots under the words in each passage. Numbers 1, 2, and 3 will help students track how many times they read the passage on each slide. They will click on a number each time they read. "Fall Stories," "Johnny Appleseed," "Back to School," "Reindeer School," "Elf School," and "Winter Fun" The decks do not have reading dots. They have numbers 1, 2, and 3 to click so students can track how many times they read each passage. "My Class" and "Pumpkin Patch" The decks do not have reading dots or numbers to track how many times each passage is read.
