Description: There are two decks in this bundle. Deck 1 was created with audio and alt text. Deck 2 is appropriate for independent readers. Both decks have instructions on the first slide. Your students will compare and contrast characters in passages about children doing activities in school. They will compare and contrast students in the passages based on their interests, and how the students are the same and different. There are 10 sets of two slides. Each set has a passage about ways the students are the same on the first slide, and how they are different on the following slide. There is a picture, a passage, a question, and three answer choices on each slide. Examples: - There is a set where both students enjoy writing stories. However, one likes to use a paper and pencil while the other uses a computer. - There is a set where both students are best friends. One friend is very shy, while the other friend is very friendly. - There is a set where three children enjoy creating. One student enjoys painting while the other three write and sing songs. There are three sentences on each slide. They contain multi-syllable words and words with blends, diphthongs, and digraphs.
