Description: "Square It for Articulation: Bundle is a fun way to practice s-blends (sp, st, sm, sn, sk, sw, sl), fricatives (f, s, sh) and/or velars /k ,g/ in initial, medial and final positions, at the word, phrase or sentence level. There is a page for each sound plus three pages of mixed sounds, To play the game, the student touches the target word, produces it, and then drags a red line to the word four times until a square is formed. Each time a line is placed, the student produces the word. With ten pictures per page, each sound is practiced at least 50 times. Once a square has been completed, the student is rewarded by clicking on one of the alphabet letters to reveal an animated picture. Once you're ready to move on, click on the animated picture to remove it. This will reduce distractions while your student completes the activity. Repeat with each target. Remember, you can vary the level of difficulty for your student by requiring a word, phrase or sentence. I use these activities for teletherapy, individual or group sessions, and as homework for students to do at home.
