This Halloween themed activity provides a fun and engaging way for students to practice counting up to 10 moveable objects. Students look at the number at the top of the treat bag. Next, students move that number of candies into the bag. The deck contains 10 playing or task cards and one directions card, and it is set to play all 10 cards in random order each time the game is played. The deck supports the following standard: CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.K.CC.B.4.a When counting objects, say the number names in the standard order, pairing each object with one and only one number name and each number name with one and only one object.
