Are you looking for a way to work on Final Consonant Deletion with your young students? This engaging final /p/ resource features three activities, each with 11 words that elicit 70 productions of final /p/. We've added the word "UP" to all three activities as an easy warm-up for final /p/ before moving on to more challenging words. To keep your students engaged, objects disappear as they're clicked, and a die determines how many times they'll repeat each word (from 1 to 5 times). After repeating the word, clicking the die reveals a funny face! When all the funny faces are revealed, the activity is complete. Activity 1 focuses on early-developing sounds, with target words like "up, hoop, map, pup, ape, top, tape, pipe, mop, nap, and hop." Activity 2 introduces words like up, wipe, cape, cap, zip, sweep, sheep, lip, soap, soup, and ship." Activity 3 includes words such as "up, cup, slip, tap, snap, shape, stop, whip, type, weep, and pop."
