Description: These 20 cards introducing telling time and progressing to explaining the differences between hour and minute hands.The task cards begin by introducing students to the minute and long hands. It tells students how to read time beginning with hours and then minutes. There are four cards that ask students to identify which number the hour hand is pointing towards and then they must tell the minutes the minute hand is pointing towards. There are eight cards where students must identify the time to the hour between two answer choices. There are four cards where students must identify the clock that has the correct time that is presented. One slide has five clocks that students must match to the correct times. There are two cards with three clocks each in which students must tell the time that is given on a digital clock. Throughout the task cards there are digital and analog clocks used.
