About me: <p>Hello, I am Dr. Elaine Raby; I have worked as an elementary teacher for over 27 years. My work began with children with developmental delays. I have a Doctorate in Education, an Educational Specialist Degree, Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Psychology Degree. I have worked as a school administrator, instructional facilitator, test coordinator and test item creator. My first teaching position was with third grade in Japan and I have taught grades 1 – 8 and college. I have been a math presenter at numerous professional development workshops and am certified and highly qualified to teach grades 1-8 in all subject areas as well as in gifted education. I have been recognized for outstanding teaching accomplishments and have received numerous instructional awards for teaching accomplishments. Although I have taught all subject areas, my primary focus has been math and science and on creating engaging elementary math activities.</p>
