Description
This interactive speech and language activity engages students as they explore and catch a variety of insects while building functional communication skills. Students will look at different bugs and insects, say “Let’s go!” as they move through the activity, and “catch” each insect with a draggable net. After catching the bug, students place it in the bug carrier and then touch it to let it go. Embedded audio, visuals, and AAC-friendly sentence strips support participation and independence.
