Description: This 82-card deck was created for primary students who are learning or need to practice activities with diphthongs (vowel teams). There are four different games. Pictures and audio support is provided. The Deck: - Your students can access four activities (20 cards each) using a menu on slide 1. - Game 1: Match pictures on gifts by the sound of their diphthong in the words. One of the three gifts will have a picture that will match the sound of the picture displayed. - Game 2: Identify the diphthong that makes a sound in a picture by clicking on one of three vowel teams. - Game 3: Drag a diphthong to complete a word. Your students will see a word missing letters that form a diphthong. They will drag the cupcake with the missing vowel team to the word. - Game 4: Your students will form/spell a word using letters, digraphs, and diphthongs on hats. Audio is provided.
