Description: Use this Thanksgiving pumpkin pie themed sight word game to provide your students with practice in fluently recognizing common sight words. The game features a Thanksgiving dinner themed background, eight different kids, each holding a pumpkin pie, and a set of engaging pumpkin pie slice letter tiles. To play the game, children look at the word in the top left corner of the card. Children click on the sound icon to hear the word spoken aloud. Children then drag and drop the correct letter tiles into the boxes to build the word. On each card, a question mark icon appears in the top right corner. When children click on this icon, they will hear instructions for how to play the game spoken aloud. In all, the game includes 100 cards, one card for each of the words on the Fry First 100 Sight Word List. The cards are set to play 15 cards in random order per play.
