Description: Your students will practice reading to improve their reading comprehension and fluency skills while viewing colorful fall pictures and reading about fall topics. The topics are listed below. Your students can use reading dots to track the text while reading. Audio support is provided by clicking on the speaker buttons. Tab navigation is also provided. There are three to four sentences on each slide that accompany the picture. There are words with blends, diagraphs, and CVC words, as well as words with suffixes -ed, -ing, and -s. How to Use: 1. Your students will listen to the directions. They will listen to the text on the slide, then click the box with the number 1 after finishing the first read. 2. They will read two more times and click the boxes with the numbers 2 and 3. They are encouraged to read independently but can click the speaker button if needed. 3. The students can listen to the question and answer choices or read them independently. 4. The students will click on the answer. Three choices are provided. The topics include leaves in the fall, shorter days and longer nights, harvest, farmers, crops, Halloween, Thanksgiving, migration, and hibernation. RL.1.1 Ask and answer questions about key details in a text.
