Description: This deck is an introduction to r-controlled vowels. Your students will blend words with r-controlled vowel combinations. Then, they will identify three out of five answer choices that have the word spelled correctly, and have the correct r-controlled vowel combination. Audio support is provided. The audio is set for auto-play. Tab navigation is provided. How to Use the Deck: 1 - Your students will see three pictures of a word. Next to each is an arrow, and the letters that spell the word. The r-controlled vowel is highlighted in red. The r-controlled vowel is on top in a bubble as a reference. 2 - They will blend the word three times. 3 - After blending the word three times, your students will click the green "Next" button. 4 - They will see a fishbowl, five fish, and a picture of the word. 5- They will look for three out of the five fish that are spelled correctly. 6 - Your students will drag the three fish to the fishbowl, then click "Submit."
