Description: Your students will practice reading comprehension skills while answering "What" and "When" questions related to passages about children and their friends. Audio and alt text are provided for support. Each passage contains seven sentences. There are simple, compound, and complex sentences of different lengths. The words in the sentences are high-frequency words. The sentences contain words that end with -ed and -ing. There are blends, digraphs, and diphthongs. There are also adjectives. Directions are on the first slide. The deck contains 20 passages that are presented twice. The first slide has a "What" question and the second a "When" question. Your students will view a picture. Read the passage and Wh- question. Then click on one of the three answer choices.
