This deck has been created for students struggling to communicate during dynamic social situations. It presents different scenarios that they might find themselves in and provides an opportunity to explore what might be a good thing to say. It may be helpful in expanding their critical thinking and expressive language skills in terms of responding in ways that fosters better communication and meaningful relationships. It offers the students the options to either respond verbally or type their answer in the space provided. Helpful Tips: * Allow the students to do most of the talking after they understand the scenarios. * Ask follow up questions related to their responses. * Be supportive of all responses, however, try to nudge them towards the right answer in a subtle way.
