Description: This resource includes all capital letters of the alphabet. There are 2 sets – Initial Letter Name Craftivity & Initial Vocabulary Craftivity. The first set is designed for your students to work the first letter of their name. I’ve used the second set to have them write and draw words with the letter of the week, this helps them with their fine motor skills, handwriting and phonological awareness (alliteration). I have used these letters in different ways in Pre – k; at the beginning of the year when they are starting to write their names, I’ve used them as an Art activity (center) and during the school year as a vocabulary activity with the letter of the week. Have a look at the pictures to get some ideas, you can also create your own art/craft project.
