Description: The years of puberty can be challenging and there are many physical changes. There are also many emotional changes that can weigh on one's mental health. Learning ways to manage emotions is an important strategy to help navigate the ups and downs of the puberty years. Coloring has been shown to help relieve stress and bring a sense of calm. Although some consider coloring an activity for very young people, research supports the benefits of coloring for all ages. This coloring page can be added to a calming corner, used as conversation starter on ways to manage mood swings, or just for fun.
