Description: Materials: Paper clip and a brass paper fastener Insert the brad or paper fastener into the center of the spinner. Fold the wings leaving room between the paper and the top of the brad so the clip can spin freely. Place the paper clip over the top of the brad. OR Materials: Pushpin, paper clip, corrugated cardboard and glue Glue three two-inch corrugated cardboard squares together – glue or tape them under the center of the spinner. Slip the paperclip onto pushpin and insert it through the top of the spinner on the black circle and through cardboard squares.
