This deck leads has three parts: 1. First students sort words into two categories: Animals & Actions 1. Next, they sort the SAME cards into two different categories: Final /s/ & Final /z/ 3. Finally, they sort the same words on a 2x2 matrix while considering all categories at once. The word lists come from the decodable chapter book, GODS AND GIFTS: THREE GREEK MYTHS RETOLD.
