Description: Students are presented with animated action verbs (GIFs) and a train. Students are asked to build the sentence to help the train leave the station! Students are asked the WH Question "what is the girl/boy doing?" Students are provided with a visual sentence starter on a train (e.g. (subject) is (verb) a (object)).Students are given 2 visual choices of pronouns (e.g. she/he) to drag and drop into the first blank space labeled. Students are given 2 visual choices of verbs (e.g. coloring/eating) to drag and drop into the second blank space labeled. Students are given 2 visual choices of objects to drag and drop into the third blank space. This helps students form utterances made up of subjects + verbs + objects such as "he is kicking a ball" or "she is climbing a ladder."
