Description
This Boom deck contains a title slide and 58 cards for CVC reading and listening. Students must listen for the medial short vowel sound in order to get the words correct. Twenty of the cards will rotate through each time they practice. I've used a version of this activity for over 12 years to help students blend and segment short vowel sounds. Use this Read Around the Shape activity if you have students struggling to spell and read short vowel words correctly.
