Become a Sentence Detective as you hunt for the missing word. Students will read the sentence and find the missing magic e word. They will then drag the missing word into the blank and check to be sure the sentence makes sense. This deck is great for practicing reading VCE words AND working on comprehension skills. This is a great deck to play whole group on an interactive board. The teacher can model how to check for understanding as you try each word in the blank. Students will also love playing the deck independently as they hunt for the missing word. Students will love being sentence detectives as they not only practice reading MAGIC E words but also work on understanding how they can be used in sentences.
