Description
Learning how to subtract can be pretty sweet! First graders can practice subtraction (answers less than 20) with this fun doughnut themed math activity. This subtraction game also helps students build fact fluency within 20 and mental math skills by encouraging them to determine the differences quickly and accurately. This deck helps support Common Core Standard: 1.OA.C.6 Add and SUBTRACT within 20, demonstrating fluency for addition and SUBTRACTION within 10. The 25 different cards use equations with numbers and differences up to 20, and have students fill in the blank (10 cards) or click on the correct answer (15 cards).
