Description: This deck is geared toward younger elementary students and differently-abled learners of all ages. It explains what to do and say when winning or losing a game or sport, and also addresses other situations in which one person gets something but the other doesn't. It acknowledges the emotions involved in winning and losing and offers simple strategies and scripts to use in these situations. After reading the story, there are 2 sets of knowledge check questions. The first set asks simple yes/no questions that ask if a person is being a good sport. The second set of questions are open-ended scenarios intended to be used as a discussion with another person or a group. This deck includes optional sound. Learners can read on their own, with a teacher, or they can press the sound button and I will take care of it. Have fun! Liz
