Description
This interactive no-prep activity is an engaging way to help your students build a variety of receptive and expressive language skills. This activity contains Short A, E, I, O & U CVC Words. Students are able to build a Witch by following 1-step directions with different body parts and clothing items. After, the student puts the correct body part or clothing item on the Witch, there will be a CVC word. This activity includes the following: - 15 Short A CVC Words - bag, nap, hat, cat, can, ham, pan, fan, dad, mat, jam, cab, map, nap, rat - 12 Short E Words - bed, hen, leg, net, pen, jet, ten, vet, red, den, net & wet - 13 Short I Words - bib, bin, dip, fig, fin, pin, pig, kit, pit, wig, lip, tin & dig - 14 Short O Words - pot, cop, hot, hog, pop, mop, top, log, cob, pod, hog, dog, box & fox - 13 Short U Words - bug, bun, bus, hut, nut, mug, sub, mud, tub, cut, sun, bud, rug - 9 Different Body parts & clothing items- Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Arm, Feet, Hair, Shirt, Pants & Shoes - 8 Different Colors - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black & brown The following IEP goals can be targeted during the activity: - Following 1-step directions - CVC Words - Labeling Nouns - Identifying & Labeling Body Parts & Clothing
