Description
This resource includes a 10-page adapted book targeting the carrier phrase "I see a" + Christmas vocabulary (candy cane, gingerbread man, snowman, Christmas tree, Christmas lights, ornament, wreath, Santa hat, present and stocking). Students chose the correct icon and drag it onto a sentence strip along the bottom of the page. Students can then use the sentence strip to describe what they see (e.g., I see a candy cane). This resource also includes 10 receptive ID pages. Students ID Christmas vocabulary from a choice of 3-4 within a Christmas scene. This resources also includes three EXTRA activities! 1. Choose the children that DON'T BELONG in a Christmas scene (summer clothes, Halloween costumes). 2. Sort Christmas vs. Halloween vocabulary 3. Sort Christmas vs. Thanksgiving vocabulary
