Description
This interactive digital lab is a fun way for students to practice the basics of macromolecules. Set-up as a forensic story, students will have a blast trying to figure out the last place our victim ate in order to find their killer. After some brief review about the four macromolecules, students will test the victim's stomach for simple and complex carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Finally, they will use their data to pinpoint the last meal, and person, the victim saw prior to their murder.
