Description: This boom deck gives independent practice for a very challenging math skill - solving multi-step step word problems! This deck includes: ●An introduction slide reviewing clue words used in problem solving ●10 multi-step problems using addition, subtraction, and multiplication ●10 hint cards to help student who are "stuck" This deck is designed to provide helpful scaffolding so students can work two-step word problems independently. The questions increase slightly in difficulty as students move from question to question. If a student needs help, there is an "SOS" button that takes them to a slide which helps the student focus on the numbers and clue words used in each question. This guides students to the operation (addition, subtraction, or multiplication) related to each word in the problem.
